All coaches have had either professional or collegiate level experience as coaches and/or players. It is the goal of the coaching staff to guide, develop, counsel and serve as references for their players as they seek the next level of play. The Organization seeks players who are not only outstanding ball players, but possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic as well. California Mariners' players come to the field ready to play every day.
The California Mariners style of baseball --- Disciplined Hitting, Strong Defensive Skills, Smart Pitching, Aggressive Base Running and Teamwork --- have been the hallmarks of the California Mariners' teams. We believe that players who understand our core values will excel and achieve both on and off the field.
